FAQ's
Q: In the literature, it states that you get paid the night of the show. How does that work? What if all of the customers pay with a credit card? How often are commission checks generated for those types of sales?
A: When you are processing your show order, you will submit payment for only what you owe CCC. You will deduct your commission from payments that you receive from guests. If a party was by chance completely paid by credit card, then CCC would issue a check for your commission at the end of the business month.
Q: How often do you update your catalogs? New products offered?
A: Approximately two times a year.
Q: What type of warranty do the products carry?
A: CCC gives the customer 30 days to try the product out. If the customer decides that they no longer want the product, they may return the product at their expense and receive either a refund or an exchange. Defects in the product due to shipping need to be reported right away and CCC will send the customer a new product at the company's expense. There is no penalty in compensation to the consultant either way. Products that break due to misuse or mishandling are not refundable or exchangeable. Some products carry longer than a 30 day warranty, up to a life-time warranty.
Q: What if I long to be organized and am getting better at it but not where I need to be? Could I still be a successful consultant?
A: If you are longing to be a consultant, but lack organizational and/or selling skills.no problem. We have a yahoo group that will help address your selling skills as well as a training manual that will walk you through a show outline. As far as learning more about organization yourself, our shows are scripted so if you can read, you can simply make yourself note cards with the information on it until you learn it by heart (Just like learning the words to a song.when you hear it over and over again, eventually you are going to be able to sing it my heart.) Right now, our shows include a Clutter Cutter Class, a Closet Clean-Out Class, an Office Organization Class and an Organizing with Kids Class. New classes and ideas are always underway.
Q: How much support/training do you get from the company?
A: Several levels of support! We have monthly tele-trainings that focus on the essential training topics like show outline, bookings and sponsorings, but they will also address anything that the consultants ask for. A training manual will be included in your kit. The manual outlines an entire show presentation and gives you clear directions for holding 4 different types of classes. We offer a New Consultant Orientation program designed to get a new consultant off to strong start step-by-step. We send out our "Weekly Planner", a weekly email designed to keep consultants abreast of new happenings within the company, to recognize consultants for their achievements and to offers tips for our products and getting our customers organized. We have a social networking site through Ning.com where our consultants can post questions, share ideas and make social connections.
Q: Is the consultant responsible for providing the Hostess Rewards or Booking Coupon?
A: No. Clever Container pays for 100% of the Hostess Rewards and the $10 X 4 Hostess Incentive. You keep 100% of what you earn!
Q: Is the consultant responsible for paying the credit card processing?
A: No. Clever Container pays for all of your credit card processing!
Q: What is the cost of supplies...catalogues for ex?
A: 50 catalogs/$57, 100 catalogs/$90, 50 order forms/$11, 100 order forms/$15, combo pack 25 catty + 25 order/$40, combo pack 50 catty + 50 order/$63 Note that you can use your earned Clever Cash to offset the cost of catalogs and order forms. We also have Clever Container business cards, car window clings, note pads and postcard invitations available through a dedicated Vistaprint portal so prices are very reasonable.
Q: How does Clever Cash work?
A: Clever Cash can be earned every month! You’ll find the details for this program on www.organizingjustgotfun.com under the tab "starter kit". You earn $15 in Clever Cash every month you turn in $500 in sales. You earn $50 in Clever Cash when you turn in $1500 in sales. You can also earn Clever Cash for sponsoring new team members. $25 if the person is in a state where we already have consultants and $30 if she/he lives in a state where we currently have no consultants.
Q: How are shows submitted to Home Office?
A: Clever Container uses spreadheets on Excel, so having Excel on your computer will come in handy. HOWEVER, if you do not have Excel, you may either:
1. Fax in your orders, where Home Office will complete your order for you.
2. Write you order a Word document and email is to Home Office.
3. Ask you upline to assist you in completeing your show.
